Applicants must submit the necessary documents based on their membership category. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

2. Individual Membership (Non-Government Category)

- Address Proof: Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Water Bill, etc.
3. Applicants with Golf Handicap Certificate
- All documents as per respective category
- Golf Handicap Certificate from a Recognized Golf Course
4. Corporate Membership
- Company Profile
- Turnover Certificate of Last Two Financial Years (Issued by a Chartered Accountant)
- GST/VAT Registration Certificate
- Documents for Each Nominee: Photograph, Signature, PAN Card, Aadhar Card
5. Foreigner/NRI Membership
- Photograph, Signature, Copy of Passport, Residential Proof, Office Address Proof
6. High Commissions, Embassies & International Organizations
- Certificate from Embassy/High Commission/International Organization
- Documents for Each Nominee: Photograph, Signature, Copy of Diplomatic Passport, Residential Proof, Office Address Proof
7. Spouse & Dependent Children (For Playing / Non-Playing Facilities)
- Photographs (Two for Each)
- Proof of Date of Birth (e.g., Birth Certificate, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card)
- Proof of Relationship with Spouse (e.g., Marriage Certificate, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card)

Applications must be submitted online via the DDA Golf Course Dwarka website. (Physical applications will NOT be accepted.)
Select Membership Category:
Choose from Government, Non-Government, Corporate, Foreigner/NRI, or Embassy categories.
Upload Required Documents:
Ensure all necessary documents are scanned and uploaded in the required format.
Payment of Entry Fees:
Fees must be paid online at the time of application submission. (Applications without entry fees will not be processed.)
First-Come, First-Serve Basis:
Applications will be processed in order of payment received. Once category slots are filled, the application window will automatically close.
Verification & Approval:
Submitted applications will be reviewed by DDA. Approved applicants will receive playing rights confirmation.
Start Your Membership:
The membership tenure officially starts from April 1, 2025. Monthly subscription fees must be paid in advance on a quarterly basis.
Important:
If any document is found to be incorrect or forged, playing rights will be revoked immediately.
